Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

  • Manage, plan, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
  • Oversees the management of multiple schedules; direct and coordinate activities of personnel
  • Regularly interacts with customer, handling any concerns that arise
  • Establish work plan and staffing for all required service work
  • Ensure profitability of all service department
  • Communicate company policies and objectives
  • Assign activities, establish goals and timeframes, monitor progress, and redirect as needed
  • Oversee the evaluation of employee performance using objective, measurable criteria, and provide on-going effective coaching and counseling to employees to achieve optimum performance (corrective counseling may include disciplinary action up to and including termination)
  • Conduct monthly financial review
  • Review status reports prepared by personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
  • Conduct job site observations; attend all construction safety meetings, leadership meetings planning meetings; ensure/monitor staff safety awareness
  • Prepare monthly financial update and review
  • Conduct strategic planning review
  • Must be able to handle stress and job demands
  • Must be able to cooperatively work with others

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical School Certification in HVAC or Plumbing preferred
  • 4 or more years project or service management experience with a General/Mechanical Contractor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
